School trips

about

Orbis DMC creates meaningful school partnerships in Malawi and design educational trips that foster global citizenship while aligning with the UN Global Goals. Our immersive experiences promote personal growth by encouraging adaptability, critical thinking, and global awareness. Through hands-on learning—such as study tours, cultural exchanges, and research expeditions—students gain valuable academic and professional development. These journeys also nurture empathy, cross-cultural communication, and environmental stewardship, empowering young individuals to become informed, responsible and engaged global citizens.

Experience. Learn. Connect. Grow.

Start your adventure by engaging with a local partner school in Malawi, where students will collaborate on community projects and cultural exchanges, fostering global awareness and personal growth. Next, embark on an exciting hike through the breathtaking landscapes of Mulanje Mountain, working alongside local guides and porters, while building teamwork and resilience.

In the village, participate in hands-on development workshops focused on the UN Global Goals, addressing key social, environmental, and economic challenges, and fostering empathy and cross-cultural understanding.

Finish the trip with a thrilling safari in Liwonde National Park, followed by a relaxing visit to Lake Malawi, where students can unwind by the water, reflecting on their transformative journey and the lasting connections made.
