Each member plays a vital role in creating seamless, enriching travel experiences and they are the masters of creativity, adaptability and sharing their knowledge with you in a way that will make you fall in love with the people, landscapes and culture of beautiful Malawi
We take pride in handpicking our staff and investing in their growth through continuous training, professional development, and educational opportunities—supporting advancement up to the master’s level. We provide annual training for our full-time guides and drivers, as well as for freelance professionals. To date, we have trained around 20 freelancers, building a highly skilled network committed to delivering exceptional service and showcasing the very best of Malawi.
